Position Requirements

The Brand Manager for Global Makeup is responsible for identifying and executing innovation, claims and communications required to drive global growth on the Makeup platform.

This role will be highly collaborative as you will partner with cross‑functional teams and global partners to shape, test and execute opportunities.

You will play a critical role in shaping the brand’s innovation, comms and claims strategies to drive its success globally.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Marketing Director in shaping Global Makeup strategy.

Identify opportunities for innovation and non‑innovation‑led growth, leveraging data and outside‑in thinking to develop strategic recommendations.

Collaborate with global partners, HCPs, MUPA, CBI, Creative agencies and influencers to craft and test innovations.

Drive relationships with key manufacturers to develop breakthrough innovations and always remain ahead of makeup trends.

Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure launch timing accuracy of all new product innovations.

Support the shaping and lead the execution of Makeup communication campaigns, partnering with multifunctional teams and leading creative and influencer agencies to deliver campaigns that drive mental availability for the brand and platform.

Lead the briefing and ongoing development of innovation and non‑innovation.

Packaging/artwork.

Media assets.

Partner with R&D and Legal/Regulatory affairs to create compelling claims list per new product innovation, continuously elevating and advancing brand superiority.

Support local markets to develop compelling stories for NPIs, ensuring optimal sell‑in volume.

Collaborate with global partners to ensure global fit of all innovations and communication strategies.

Required Qualifications

A minimum of a BA/BS degree is required; a master’s in business or marketing specialization preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of marketing, sales or related experience is required.

Desired Qualifications

Makeup industry experience required.

Experience leading cross‑functional teams to develop consumer‑centric product innovation.

Experience leading cross‑functional and agencies to develop a communications strategy for multiple brands or priorities.

Excellent creative instincts and strong leadership skills.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to bring out the best in others.

Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, as strategy and data are the core of everything.

Digital marketing experience is critical.

Budget management and forecasting experience.
