About The Role
The Analyst, Digital Marketing & Measurement position offers an early‑stage leadership role at a fast‑growing company. The analyst will be paired with a Digital Marketing & Measurement business area aligned with their skillset, performing heavy data analysis and managing media programs for clients.

Responsibilities

Develop subject‑matter expertise in media, measurement, or strategy.

Perform hands‑on digital media planning, execution, and optimization, including A/B testing, landing page testing, on‑page and off‑page optimization, weekly and monthly reporting, budget and goal pacing, and creative build/testing.

Execute discrete analyses using tools such as Excel and Tableau; translate insights into slides, documents, or emails for clients.

Manage work independently with guidance from a manager; communicate opinions and ask questions regularly.

Understand client business/industry and connect work to broader project and client goals.

Support client‑facing solutions and deliverables such as PowerPoint pitches and competitive/landscape audits.

Skills & Qualifications

Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills demonstrated through academic projects, internships, volunteer, or work experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to share ideas in group projects, presentations, or customer‑facing interactions.

Consistently produce accurate, thorough, and organized work.

Ability to work well with others and maintain respectful, professional interactions.

Demonstrated ownership of tasks or projects and completion with limited supervision.

Examples of leadership, initiative, or ownership in academic, extracurricular, or work settings.

Familiarity with tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar software.

Permanent U.S. work authorization only.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary $60,000 with up to 10% annual bonus ($6,000). Benefits include health insurance (inclusive of same‑sex partners), generous paid vacation, 401(k) match, monthly mobile stipend, sabbatical program and family‑care benefits. Office access in MSP, NYC, and CHI and paid travel for company events.
