About the Role

The Ovative Group Analyst, Digital Marketing & Measurement role offers an early‑stage leadership position within a fast‑growing media, measurement, and creative firm. Candidates should be highly analytical, critical thinkers, and motivated by driving results for clients. Each analyst is paired with a Digital Marketing & Measurement business area aligned with their skills and interests, and will perform heavy data analysis while managing media programs.
Key Responsibilities

Develop subject‑matter expertise in areas such as media, measurement, or strategy.
Conduct hands‑on digital media planning, execution, and optimization (e.g., A/B testing, landing‑page recommendations, on‑page & off‑page optimization, weekly/monthly reporting, budget pacing, creative builds, audience creation, promotion support).
Perform heavy data analysis, reporting, and insights on digital media performance.
Plan and coordinate cross‑channel campaigns, including strategy, documentation, execution, and optimization.
Execute discrete analyses using tools such as Excel and Tableau; translate findings into clear insights presented via slides, documents, or emails to clients.
Manage work independently with initial guidance from a manager; actively communicate ideas, ask questions, and express perspectives.
Understand client business and industry; ensure work aligns with broader client objectives; develop client‑facing solutions and deliverables, such as PowerPoint pitches and competitive/landscape audits.
Skills & Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills; effective presentation and customer‑facing interaction abilities.

Familiarity with basic tools such as MS Office or Google Workspace.
Location & Work Authorization

Locations: Minneapolis, MN; Chicago, IL. Requires permanent U.S. work authorization; temporary work authorization and visa sponsorship are not accepted.
Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $60,000 per year. Annual bonus opportunity up to 10% of base salary ($6,000). Total compensation is determined based on relevant experience and impact.
