A professional services firm is seeking a

Senior Digital Specialist

to join the Marketing team. This is a high-ownership role with strategic and executional responsibilities across the full digital marketing stack. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Senior Digital Specialist is responsible for leading the planning, development, and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns that support brand engagement, lead generation, and overall business growth.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns across onsite, email, paid media, SEO/SEM, display, social media, and emerging digital channels.

Develop and manage holistic digital programs across website, email, social, and paid channels to support brand awareness and customer engagement.

Collaborate with pricing, product, analytics, and sales teams to align digital marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Develop and execute audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies to improve relevance and campaign performance.

Implement retargeting programs to re-engage past visitors, prospects, and existing clients.

Measure and report performance of all paid media, email, and website campaigns against key business goals.

Conduct continual testing and optimization across channels to drive improvements in efficiency, ROI, and engagement.

Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to inform ongoing digital marketing strategy.

Demonstrate a high level of accountability, acting as an owner of digital channels and campaign performance.

Manage complex projects with strong organization, attention to detail, and clear cross-functional communication.

Identify and resolve operational or executional issues, proactively implementing process improvements.

Ensure digital marketing efforts stay tightly aligned with broader business strategy.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, integrated marketing, or campaign management

Hands‑on experience with

HubSpot

for marketing automation, email, workflows, landing pages, and campaign tracking

REQUIRED

Ability to think strategically and execute with accuracy and speed

Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting digital data and generating insights

Track record of tying campaign objectives to business outcomes

Exceptional program management, time management, and organizational skills

Experience with Salesforce CRM, including campaign alignment, lead management, and reporting

Familiarity with analytics and optimization tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms

Experience with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies

Knowledge of SEO/SEM tools (e.g., Google Ads, SEMRush, Moz)

Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)

Experience in B2B or pricing‑related markets is a plus
