Responsibilities

Lead the identification and analysis of warranty-related issues through part analysis and vehicle reviews.

Propose triage recommendations based on combined data and physical insights for downstream resolution.

Support governance of warranty issues throughout their lifecycle.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.

5 years of experience in Product Engineering.

Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Well-rounded automotive knowledge and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferences

Master of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.

Shainin RedX Black Belt certification.

Green Belt / Kepner Tregoe certification.

Design for Six Sigma knowledge.

Project Management experience.

Working knowledge of TeamCenter and Palantir.

Understanding of GD&T and full detail on drawings.

2 years of experience in testing/validation/test method development, including fixture design, instrumentation, and data acquisition.
