Our client, a leading organization in the automotive engineering industry, is seeking a Control Tower Engineer to join their team. As a Control Tower Engineer, you will be part of the Quality organization supporting the Control Tower & Field Quality team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Control Tower Engineer
Location: Auburn Hills, MI
Pay Range: 59.19/hr.
What's the Job?
- Lead identification of warranty-related issues through part analysis and vehicle reviews
- Propose triage recommendations using data and physical insights for issue resolution
- Support governance of warranty issues throughout their lifecycle
- Collaborate with engineering, supplier quality, manufacturing, and service teams
- Analyze components and systems to determine root cause and corrective actions
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in Product Engineering
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
