ROLE
This is an on‑site role based in Hauppauge, NY.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Strategic Partners
Regularly schedule, prepare and conduct business reviews with Strategic Partners
Produce and maintain annual sales forecast (internal and with Strategic Partners)
Review daily publications for market trends and intelligence
Actively monitor daily bookings, sales and quote reports and take appropriate action where necessary
Coordinate and drive sales and marketing efforts in close coordination with Regional VP’s, Sales Managers, Customer Support and other team members to develop and manage existing and new customer base
Create strong customer relationships and actively participate in new account development
Generate monthly sales and market feedback reports (internally and for Strategic Partners)
Continuously perform competitive pricing analyses to increase market share and profitability
Continually update internal CRM database with product and customer specific information
Maintain a proactive and creative approach to reduce slow moving inventory
Assist with the launch of new product lines and/or special projects
Conduct product training for new team members
Regularly schedule New and Lost Business Opportunity reviews with Sr. Product Manager
Strategically review and price long‑term contracts and fixed‑price agreements
Promptly respond and close open actions in a timely manner
Actively seek ways to improve and maintain processes
Manage and maintain appropriate inventory levels in coordination with Supply Chain
Review and approve purchase orders
