Responsibilities:
Event Setup & Breakdown
• Assemble and dismantle

event equipment, staging, seating, tents, tables, signage, and décor .
• Assist with

lighting, AV, and technical setups

as required.
• Ensure all event spaces are arranged in accordance with floor plans and safety regulations.

Logistics & Coordination
• Unload, transport, and position materials from

trucks and storage areas

to event sites.
• Assist in the

organization of inventory, supplies, and rental equipment .
• Coordinate with vendors, venue staff, and event managers to ensure smooth execution.

Onsite Support & Safety Compliance
• Maintain a

safe and clean work environment

during setup and teardown.
• Follow

event safety guidelines, equipment handling procedures, and OSHA regulations .
• Conduct last-minute adjustments and troubleshooting as needed.

Team Collaboration & Problem-Solving
• Work closely with

event planners, production teams, and fellow crew members .
• Assist with

special event activations, branding displays, and VIP setups .
• Adapt to

last-minute changes and work efficiently under tight deadlines .

Qualifications:
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in outdoor/indoor environments.
• Experience in event setup, warehouse operations, construction, or logistics preferred.
• Ability to use basic tools, hand trucks, and event equipment safely.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability for early morning, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow setup instructions and floor plans accurately.
• Must have a Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. (Events are most of the time time sensitive, and many venues are not on the bus line, so a car is a must).
• Must know and be willing to learn how to use a scissor lift.
