Business Affairs Manager III

Location: Coral Gables, FL (Fully onsite)

Introduction

Join a dynamic team within a Global Marketing Communications group. Overseeing advertising and marketing efforts, this role supports the Business Affairs Lead in planning, licensing, and executing intellectual property rights-managed content for deeper customer engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-3 years of relevant experience in the advertising, entertainment, or media content-focused industry.

Fluency in oral and written English; fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is strongly desired.

Working knowledge of IP rights, including copyright, trademark, and licensing in entertainment and/or advertising law, with an emphasis on digital content/technology.

Expertise in identifying potential legal and cultural issues in the Latin American market.

Self-motivated with high emotional intelligence, flexibility, and a collaborative approach.

Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

US Bachelor’s Degree or JD from an accredited Latin American University required.

LLM or MBA is a plus.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Work with the Business Affairs lead, representing the team with a high degree of ownership, integrity, and accountability.

Coordinate and plan locale-specific content, consulting with Legal as needed.

Maintain excellent relationships with partners and communicate with internal teams to negotiate appropriate usage rights.

Coordinate with local and US-based Content Production and Producers to support internal rights management systems.
