Responsibilities

Support the regional Business Affairs lead with planning, licensing, and execution of rights‑managed marketing content

Coordinate and plan locale‑specific content replacements when global creative assets are unavailable or unsuitable for regional use

Partner with legal teams as needed to address licensing, copyright, trademark, and usage considerations

Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and content providers

Collaborate with production, creative, and marketing teams to understand content usage requirements and negotiate appropriate rights

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; JD from an accredited Latin American university preferred

2–3 years of relevant experience within advertising, entertainment, media, or content‑focused industries

Working knowledge of intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, and licensing related to digital content and advertising

Understanding of legal and cultural considerations within Latin American markets

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
