Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead with strong expertise in React JS, One App Framework, and Agile methodologies to join a fast-paced Scrum team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business product owners and cross-functional teams to refine user requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver high-quality applications.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of development activities including solution design, coding, testing, implementation, and production support. The role requires strong frontend engineering capabilities, collaborative problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to refine user stories and functional requirements.

Design and develop scalable frontend applications using React JS and One App Framework.

Participate in architecture discussions and create solution designs aligned with business needs.

Develop, test, implement, and support enterprise applications in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Build reusable UI components and ensure responsive, high-performance user interfaces.

Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Troubleshoot application issues and provide implementation and production support.

Work closely with QA, DevOps, and backend teams for successful end-to-end delivery.

Required Qualifications

8 10 years of software development experience.

Strong hands-on expertise in React JS development.

Experience working with One App Framework.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience building scalable and reusable frontend components.

Good understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently within a Scrum team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Java and enterprise application development.

Exposure to cloud platforms and CI/CD practices.

Knowledge of frontend state management and modern JavaScript frameworks/tools.

Experience with performance optimization and responsive UI development.
