Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies for new product introductions, including pricing, launch timelines, and promotional planning, while managing product budgets.

Determine and oversee the creation and distribution of marketing content across channels such as print, digital, website banners, and social media (e-marketing).

Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers and distributors to drive business growth and meet annual revenue targets.

Manage and execute the annual tradeshow plan and e-marketing budget to support effective market promotion.

Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Project Management (PJM), and Sales teams to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements.

Travel up to 30%.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or related field.

Exposure to Antenna business.

Relationships with OEM customers/distributors in North America.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to remain in a stationary position (seated/standing) for extended periods.

Vancouver, WA - US.

Full-Time.

Exempt - The salary range for this role is up to $150,000, based on experience.
