Product Manager

We’re hiring a

Product Portfolio Manager – Cell & Gene Therapy/Bioprocessing

to drive global portfolio strategy, lifecycle management, and product innovation for GMP solutions supporting therapy development from discovery to commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product lifecycle, pricing, forecasting, and portfolio performance

Lead innovation initiatives and support new product development programs

Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Operations, and Quality teams

Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and technical/regulatory communications

Drive customer insights, market intelligence, and business growth opportunities

Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 9001:2015, CAPA, and change control processes

Provide technical and regulatory support to sales and customer-facing teams

Ideal Candidate

Experience in product management, portfolio strategy, or life sciences/biotech industries

Strong understanding of cell & gene therapy, GMP environments, and regulatory processes

Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills

Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced global environment
