Product Manager

Responsible for driving business success through proactive lifecycle management, product development, and portfolio expansion. Acts as the central interface for developing and executing global portfolio strategies in collaboration with RandD, Sales, Strategy, and Marketing teams.

This role focuses on supporting cell and gene therapy developers through GMP solutions designed to improve process efficiency, regulatory readiness, and scalability from discovery through commercialization.

Key Responsibilities
Product Line Strategy

Manage lifecycle and value chain activities for assigned product portfolio

Develop innovation strategies and lead new product development initiatives

Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify unmet needs

Own product pricing strategy and support positioning and channel strategies

Lead business case development, beta testing, and launch preparation

Identify opportunities for new products, services, and technology offerings

Sales and Operations Planning / Performance Insights

Drive forecasting and inventory planning processes

Monitor revenue, volume, and margin performance

Analyze customer and portfolio trends to identify growth opportunities

Provide reporting and portfolio insights to leadership and stakeholders

Marketing Planning

Support development of marketing strategies and campaigns

Provide technical input for marketing and PR content

Collaborate with marketing teams to promote assigned product portfolio

Product Sales and Support

Support technical awareness and training for sales and service teams

Respond to complex technical, business, and regulatory questions

Participate in customer visits and sales meetings

Train sales and service representatives on technical and regulatory topics

Safety and Compliance

Support regulatory and quality compliance activities

Participate in deviation review meetings

Assist with change control and CAPA activitiesCoordinate customer communications related to quality and compliance
