Core Focus

We are seeking a

hands-on

growth marketing leader to scale our search acquisition engine across

Google Ads ,

Microsoft Ads , and

Apple Search Ads . Reporting to the

VP of Direct-to-Consumer , you will have end-to-end ownership of the SEM channel from strategic forecasting to daily execution leveraging AI and automation to drive profitable account growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Direct Channel Ownership:

Lead end-to-end strategy and execution for SEM (Google, Bing) and App Search (Apple), managing large monthly budgets directly without agency oversight.

Performance Optimization:

Drive core metrics including

CAC, LTV, and ROAS

through rigorous daily management of campaigns, keywords, bids, and landing page strategies.

Strategic Execution:

Build, launch, and scale campaigns using a

"test and scale

" approach, including partner campaign structures and audience signal testing.

AI & Automation Integration:

Utilize platform scripts and AI-driven bidding strategies to improve efficiency, experimental keyword expansion, and creative iteration.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Analyze performance via platform data and attribution models; create dashboards and channel forecasts for senior leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with Analytics, Product, Compliance, and Brand teams to ensure seamless, compliant, and high-converting customer journeys.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ Years of Performance Marketing:

Deep expertise in SEM and digital acquisition within high-scale consumer (B2C) environments.

Large Budget Management:

Proven experience directly managing six-to-seven-figure monthly spends.

Platform Mastery:

Advanced hands-on experience with

Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Search Ads .

Technical Analytical Skills:

Ability to independently pull and interpret data to inform testing roadmaps and investment decisions.

Industry Knowledge:

Staying current on privacy changes, match type evolution, and the evolving Apple ecosystem.

Education:

BA required; Master's (MS) degree preferred.

Preferred Background

FinTech or Technology:

Experience in subscription-based software or financial technology is ideal.

Startup Mindset:

A self-starter bias toward action and experimentation, common in fast-paced startup environments.

Target Expertise:

Knowledge of competitors such as

Sofi, Chime, Robinhood, or Rocket Money

is highly valued.
