We are looking for an

AV / Video Conferencing Support Engineer

to support enterprise

conference room

technologies and

Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)

environments. This role requires a highly professional, customer-focused individual who can deliver white-glove technical support to employees and executive-level stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting

conferencing platforms ,

AV

hardware, and collaboration technologies in enterprise environments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical issues, supporting end users onsite, and contributing to large-scale conferencing technology initiatives.

Provide on-site support for

conference rooms ,

AV

systems, and

Microsoft Teams Rooms

Troubleshoot

conferencing

hardware, displays,

microphones ,

cameras , and

room

technology

Support migrations from

Cisco conferencing

environments to

Microsoft Teams Rooms

Manage

conferencing

environments using Teams

Admin Center , CQD, and

Cisco Control Hub

Monitor conferencing performance and troubleshoot issues using tools such as

ThousandEyes

Deliver high-touch white-glove support to executive-level users and business partners

Perform maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and occasional after-hours support activities

Collaborate with cross-functional IT and engineering teams to resolve technical issues

Requirements:

3+ years of

AV or video conferencing

support experience

Hands-on experience with

Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)

Strong knowledge of

Teams Admin Center

and

Call Quality Dashboard (CQD)

Experience with

Cisco Control Hub

and enterprise

conferencing

platforms

Strong troubleshooting skills for

AV

systems and

conferencing

hardware

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Experience supporting enterprise or corporate office environments

Ability to work onsite 5 days per week and travel locally between office locations

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience supporting large-scale conference room deployments or migrations

Familiarity with ThousandEyes or similar monitoring/observability tools

Experience supporting hybrid Cisco and Microsoft conferencing environments

AVIXA, Microsoft Teams, or Cisco Collaboration certifications

Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders in fast-paced environments
