Job Responsibilities:

Manage promotional and advertising campaigns, ensuring they meet consumer and merchant expectations.

Build and maintain processes to enhance campaign accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Partner with account teams to execute flawless campaigns.

Leverage SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis to support campaign performance tracking.

Assist in data entry projects for Ads Manager migration and adoption.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive product improvements.

Utilize AI-supported tools for process improvements and efficient workflows.

Requirements:

2 years of experience in ad operations, digital advertising, data entry, or data audit.

Proficiency in writing SQL queries and creating dashboards.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage in a matrixed environment.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work autonomously and troubleshoot issues effectively.

Preferences:

High growth startup experience.

Design experience with tools like Figma and Photoshop.

Experience driving product improvements with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.

Experience pulling reports from Salesforce, Sigma, Tableau, or similar.
