This Ads & Promotions Operations team operates at the intersection of e-commerce, marketing, and advertising, focusing on the delivery of high-quality promotional and advertising campaigns for both consumers and merchants while supporting strong performance outcomes.

About the Role

The Marketing Analyst/Specialist-II (Promo Operations Associate) manages promotional and advertising campaigns for enterprise and midmarket clients, ensuring integrity and scalability of advertising programs. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining promotions, participating in QA processes, monitoring campaign execution, extracting and analyzing data using SQL, and collaborating cross-functionally to enable product improvements. The role supports operational efficiency and process improvements through the use of AI-driven tools and data feedback.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute rapid-turn promotional campaign operations for enterprise and midmarket accounts
Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams for campaign execution
Navigate and support transition between multiple campaign management systems
Leverage SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze datasets for campaign performance tracking
Contribute to data entry and migration projects supporting new tool adoption
Collaborate to provide data-backed feedback for ongoing product improvements
Utilize AI-supported tools to drive workflow efficiency and process automation
Troubleshoot campaign issues, escalate as needed, and ensure resolution

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in scaled ad operations, digital advertising, data entry, or data audit (experience in high-growth environments preferred)
Strong SQL skills and experience in writing queries, diagnosing data, and creating dashboards
Excellent communication, detail orientation, and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
Self-starter with proven ability to troubleshoot, communicate, and escalate as needed
Experience with design tools (Figma, Photoshop), AI workflow tools, and reporting from platforms such as Salesforce, Sigma, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
Ability to thrive in matrixed organizations and adapt quickly to changes
