Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead customer engagement initiatives and ensure successful delivery of solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong client-facing skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to manage complex engagements from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
" Serve as the primary point of contact for customer engagements.
" Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
" Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and retention.
" Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with customer needs.
" Identify opportunities for process improvement and upselling additional services.
Required Skills:
" 7+ years of experience in customer engagement or client management roles.
" Proven track record of managing large-scale engagements in telecom or technology domains.
" Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
" Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
" Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Preferred Skills:
" PMP or similar project management certification.
" Experience with CRM platforms and customer success tools.
" Knowledge of telecom industry processes and solutions.
