Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Engagement Manager

with a strong background in the

Telecom domain

to lead customer engagements and ensure successful delivery of solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing

end-to-end project delivery , building strong client relationships, and driving customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

Act as the

primary point of contact

for client engagements
Build and maintain strong

client relationships
Ensure high levels of

customer satisfaction and retention
Project Delivery Management

Manage

end-to-end delivery

of projects
Ensure:

Timelines are met
Quality standards are maintained

Handle

multiple engagements simultaneously
Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with:

Internal teams (delivery, engineering, business)
External stakeholders (clients, partners)

Communicate project status, risks, and milestones
Business Growth & Process Improvement

Identify opportunities for:

Process improvements
Upselling / cross-selling services

Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Risk & Issue Management

Identify project risks and dependencies
Implement mitigation strategies
Ensure smooth execution under pressure

Strong experience in:

Customer Engagement / Client Management

Proven experience managing:

Large-scale telecom engagements

Domain Expertise

Telecom domain knowledge:

Network / OSS / BSS
Telecom operations / solutions

Project Management

Experience with:

Project delivery methodologies
Agile / Waterfall

Soft Skills

Excellent:

Communication
Negotiation
Stakeholder management

Experience Required

7+ years of experience

in:

Engagement Management / Client Delivery

Telecom domain experience is

mandatory
Preferred Skills

PMP or equivalent certification
Experience with:

CRM tools (Salesforce, etc.)
Customer success platforms
