Big Red Jelly is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive new revenue growth through both inbound lead management and outbound prospecting
Grow and expand revenue from current client accounts
Lead, coach, and manage a team of 4 in-house sales representatives
Collaborate closely with our marketing and lead generation team to align strategy
Develop and execute sales strategies to hit quarterly and annual targets
Manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM for pipeline visibility and reporting
Represent Big Red Jelly at networking events, expos, and industry functions
Build and maintain a personal book of business through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Proven track record in B2B high-ticket sales (required)
Prior sales leadership or management experience preferred
Background in marketing, branding, or digital services is a strong plus
Proficient with HubSpot CRM or ability to quickly learn it
Strong network and ability to generate your own qualified leads
Excellent communicator, relationship builder, and closer
Self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven culture
THE OPPORTUNITY
Our sales team currently receives 100–200 inbound leads per month — and growing. As Sales Manager, you’ll have a built-in pipeline to work from day one, while also developing your own pipeline through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
