Job Summary
Under limited supervision, a
Product Management Advisor
leads development and execution of product/portfolio strategies and plans, taking into account product life cycle stage and the customer experience. The Commercial Portfolio team manages intake, prioritization, tracking, and reporting for commercial initiatives. We are seeking an Advisor to improve workflows through practical AI‑enabled solutions and coordination of the Commercial Portfolio Execution Leadership Forum. This hands‑on individual contributor role will streamline processes, improve portfolio visibility, and support effective decision‑making across the team.
Essential Functions
Improve intake, triage, tracking, and reporting workflows through process redesign and AI‑enabled solutions.
Support prioritization and roadmap discussions by improving visibility into dependencies, risks, capacity, and timing impacts.
Coordinate and facilitate the Commercial Portfolio Execution Leadership Forum, including content preparation, meeting flow, follow‑up actions, and decision tracking.
Support a data infrastructure capability that provides rapid configuration solutions for business needs and enterprise initiatives.
Expand team use of AI beyond transcription and summarization into practical workflow applications.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in product marketing, economics, business, or related field.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent.
More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master’s Degree equals two (2) years experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience improving operational workflows using AI tools, automation, or process redesign.
Strong organization, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
Experience supporting portfolio management, roadmap planning, or operational coordination preferred.
What Success Looks Like
Reduced workflow friction, improved consistency in portfolio reporting and documentation, focused leadership forum meetings, and increased adoption of practical AI‑enabled workflows.

Pay: Internal Pay Grade: FEC_27; USA: $7,094.23/mo - $15,607.31/mo
Domicile Info
This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN, and candidates must live within a 50-mile radius. Employees will be required to work at a FedEx office location up to several times per week.
