Product Manager
Job Profile Summary:

Under limited supervision, leads development and execution of product/portfolio strategies and plans, taking into account product life cycle stage and the customer experience.

Essential Functions

Responsible for managing, developing and implementing marketing, sales and other activities to achieve necessary business outcomes.

Evaluates market, economic and competitive factors affecting product performance and demonstrates ability to perform fact based data analysis and interpretation to identify critical business insights.

Works with advanced data models and analytics.

Prioritizing new features, orchestrates and executes product development.

Executes new product development initiatives as marketing or overall development lead across multi-functional teams.

Coaches others in less senior positions.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact based data analysis.

Strong communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring and solving skills.

Strong executive presence and human relations skills.

Strong project management experience.

Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in product marketing, economics, business, or related field.

Minimum Experience
Three (3) years work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent. A related Master's Degree equals two (2) years experience. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.

Product Management Advisor
Job Profile Summary:

Under limited supervision, leads development and execution of product/portfolio strategies and plans, taking into account product life cycle stage and the customer experience.

Leads development and implementation of marketing, sales and all other activities to achieve necessary business outcomes. Independently leads needed market, economic and competitive evaluations affecting product performance.

Performs fact based data analysis and interpretation to identify critical business insights.

Leads completion of needed advanced data models and analytics.

Identifies and prioritizes new features, including market analysis, business case development and driving prioritization.

Leads and executes complex new product development initiatives across large, cross-functional work teams.

Actively coaches others in less senior positions.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Superior knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact based data analysis.

Expert communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring and solving skills.

Superior executive presence, human relations, networking and influencing skills.

Strong project management and project management leadership experience.

Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in product marketing, economics, business, or related field.

Minimum Experience
Five (5) years work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent. A related Master's Degree equals two (2) years experience. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.

Work Locations
This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN, Pittsburgh, PA, or Plano, TX and candidates must live within a 50-mile radius. Employees will be required to work at a FedEx office location up to several times per week.
