11-Month Contract

We’re seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Beauty Coordinator to support the Makeup & Fragrance team across product operations, marketing coordination, and daily execution. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced beauty environment supporting product launches, retail initiatives, and brand operations.

What You’ll Do:

Create, manage, and oversee full product code creation processes

Maintain and organize product and marketing material SKU codes

Create product and launch support order forms

Generate and manage purchase orders

Organize and maintain the product closet

Coordinate product requests, shipments, retailer sends, and internal team requests

Support marketing operations and co-create beauty newsletters

Facilitate PDP creation and updates in partnership with BAM

Manage ratings & reviews campaigns with agency support

Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Beauty team

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of marketing or product support experience

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-through

Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
