Position Summary
This role is responsible for managing and growing an assigned portfolio of clients while driving new business within designated categories. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in an outside sales environment, builds strong relationships, and consistently works toward achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned categories
Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets
Sell within established profit margin guidelines
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities in CRM
Account Management & Client Growth
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Conduct regular client meetings (virtual and in-person) to review performance and identify growth opportunities
Drive account penetration, upsell products/services, and secure renewal business
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Client Engagement & Service
Consult with clients on custom-branded product needs
Provide continuous service and communication throughout the engagement lifecycle
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales leadership) to align on campaigns and offerings
Reporting & Planning
Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, and reporting
Participate in monthly sales reviews and weekly EOS sales meetings
Develop and present an annual business plan with measurable goals and milestones
Brand Representation & Events
Represent the company at client events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
Participate in promotional activities, including occasional weekend/holiday events
Qualifications
1+ year of sales and/or customer service experience
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization and time management skills
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in promotional products, marketing, or related industries
Experience managing client portfolios and growing accounts
