Alliance Marketing Partners (AMP) is seeking a highly organized, client-focused Account Executive to join our growing agency team. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing client relationships, strategic thinking, and campaign execution.

Candidates with experience in restaurant, franchise, or field marketing environments are strongly preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention

Lead project coordination across internal teams including creative, social, PR, partnerships, and events

Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives aligned with client objectives

Manage timelines, budgets, deliverables, and campaign execution across multiple projects

Identify opportunities for organic account growth and upselling

Support new business initiatives, presentations, and proposal development

Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to clients

Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at a high standard

QUALIFICATIONS

3–5 years of post-graduate experience in an agency or client-facing marketing role

Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills

Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and execution

Experience in restaurant, franchise, retail, or field marketing preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and project management platforms such as Monday.com

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Restaurant chain or franchise field marketing

Partnership or promotional campaign execution

Agency account management
