Job Description
The BD Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (PRS) Platform team, based in Warwick, RI, is seeking a Temporary Administrative Professional to serve as the operational backbone for our regional tradeshow presence. This role owns end‑to‑end management of all PRS sales materials, non‑sterile samples and tradeshow booth kits, ensuring BD shows up to every meeting, congress, and event flawlessly prepared.

This is an ideal role for a highly organized, proactive, resourceful administrative professional who loves ownership, problem‑solving, and being trusted with real responsibility. You won’t just support the team—you will run a critical function that enables commercial success, field engagement, and brand excellence.

This role reports to the Associate Director, Global Marketing, and works closely with Marketing, Sales, Professional Education, and external vendors.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Tradeshow & Booth Kit Ownership (Primary Focus)
Responsibilities

Creating, organizing, labeling, and maintaining all PRS tradeshow booth kits

Ordering, assembling, resetting, and replenishing booth kits after each event

Coordinating and communicating shipping, tracking, delivery timelines, and return logistics

Ensuring booths are fully conference‑ready: correct assets, condition, quantities, and branding

Maintaining inventory accuracy and storage organization

Proactively identifying gaps, risks, or improvements and fixing them before they become issues

This role ensures BD PRS always shows up prepared, professional, and on brand.

Marketing & Commercial Administrative Support

Support execution of PRS marketing programs and commercial activities aligned with the Global Platform Communications Strategy

Organize, store, and distribute marketing collateral and non‑sterile samples

Assist with meeting planning, vendor coordination, quote collection, and PO requests

Support Professional Education events and field engagement initiatives

Help coordinate materials for conferences, regional meetings, and sales programs

Support quarterly business reviews and internal marketing initiatives as needed
