Gurtler Industries is seeking a multi-faceted B2B Digital Marketing Coordinator to lead and execute our marketing and digital communications efforts. This role is a key contributor to maintaining brand consistency, supporting business growth initiatives, and strengthening customer engagement across multiple channels.


This position is ideal for a hands-on marketing professional who enjoys balancing strategy with execution and thrives in a collaborative, evolving environment.


What You'll Do:

  • Manage and update website content and overall digital presence
  • Coordinate with external vendors including website developers, designers, and marketing partners
  • Support marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and communications efforts
  • Develop content such as press releases, newsletters, and technical marketing materials
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, R&D, Leadership) to support business initiatives
  • Interface with industry associations and publications for PR and advertising opportunities


What You’ll Focus on in Your First 6 Months:

  • Transition knowledge and responsibilities from a long-tenured team member
  • Develop a strong understanding of Gurtler’s products, services, and industries
  • Manage coordination of website and digital communication efforts
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Establish structure and consistency in marketing processes


What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing and/or digital communications roles
  • Experience in B2B marketing, ideally in industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Strong written communication skills (marketing content, press releases, technical writing)
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly messaging
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams

Preferred:

  • Experience managing external vendors and partners
  • Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing tools

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong communicator who can work cross-functionally
  • Motivated to take ownership and drive projects forward


Tools & Technology:

  • Website CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
  • Email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact)
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, basic Excel)
