Gurtler Industries is seeking a multi-faceted B2B Digital Marketing Coordinator to lead and execute our marketing and digital communications efforts. This role is a key contributor to maintaining brand consistency, supporting business growth initiatives, and strengthening customer engagement across multiple channels.

This position is ideal for a hands-on marketing professional who enjoys balancing strategy with execution and thrives in a collaborative, evolving environment.

What You'll Do:

Manage and update website content and overall digital presence

Coordinate with external vendors including website developers, designers, and marketing partners

Support marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and communications efforts

Develop content such as press releases, newsletters, and technical marketing materials

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, R&D, Leadership) to support business initiatives

Interface with industry associations and publications for PR and advertising opportunities

What You’ll Focus on in Your First 6 Months:

Transition knowledge and responsibilities from a long-tenured team member

Develop a strong understanding of Gurtler’s products, services, and industries

Manage coordination of website and digital communication efforts

Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

Establish structure and consistency in marketing processes

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

4–6 years of experience in marketing and/or digital communications roles

Experience in B2B marketing, ideally in industrial or manufacturing environments

Strong written communication skills (marketing content, press releases, technical writing)

Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly messaging

Highly organized with strong project management skills

Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently

Strong collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams

Preferred:

Experience managing external vendors and partners

Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing tools

Ideal Candidate:

A self‑sufficient, hands‑on marketing professional

Comfortable in a less structured, evolving environment

Strong communicator who can work cross‑functionally

Motivated to take ownership and drive projects forward

Tools & Technology:

Website CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, basic Excel)
