We are looking for a hands-on Growth Manager who can directly own and drive growth across Shopify DTC.


Role Overview

We are looking for someone who understands:

This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.


Key Responsibilities


Paid Media & Revenue Growth

  • Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
  • Improve blended ROAS, CAC efficiency, and contribution margin
  • Build and scale profitable customer acquisition systems
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust based on data
  • Analyze funnel metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, AOV, MER, and LTV

Shopify DTC Growth

  • Identify and improve conversion bottlenecks across the Shopify funnel
  • Collaborate on landing page optimization and CRO testing
  • Improve product positioning, bundles, offers, upsells, and retention flows
  • Work with CRO resources to improve site conversion and revenue per visitor

Creative & UGC Strategy

  • Help guide performance creative direction for Meta/TikTok-style content
  • Work with creators and internal teams on:
  • hooks
  • UGC concepts
  • ad angles
  • content testing
  • Understand what drives conversion in content-driven advertising

Growth Systems & Analytics

  • Build structured KPI tracking and reporting systems
  • Use GA4, Shopify, Meta, and attribution data to guide decisions
  • Identify growth opportunities across acquisition, retention, and monetization
  • Work cross-functionally with U.S. and overseas teams


Must Have

  • 3+ years experience in Shopify DTC growth and/or paid acquisition
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Meta Ads
  • Google Ads
  • Shopify
  • Strong understanding of:
  • ROAS
  • CAC
  • CVR
  • AOV
  • MER
  • Contribution Margin
  • Experience scaling paid campaigns with measurable revenue impact
  • Strong understanding of UGC and performance creative
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving small-team environment
  • Strong English communication skills


Preferred

  • Experience with creator/affiliate-driven brands
  • Experience in outdoor, EDC, tactical, tools, or enthusiast categories
  • Experience with:
  • Klaviyo
  • GA4
  • Triple Whale
  • Hotjar / Clarity
  • CRO testing
  • Experience managing or coordinating creative production
