divh2Inside Sales Manager/h2pThe Inside Sales Manager will create, manage, and implement sales processes to develop a high-performance onsite and/or remote sales team. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for the production and performance of their team to achieve established targets set by the company. This position will be responsible for ensuring that their team is in compliance with regulatory and company requirements. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for ensuring that their representative staffing levels are consistent with what is required to deliver the expected performance./ph3B2B Inside Sales Manager Responsibilities/h3ulliParticipate in the hiring, training, and development of a productive onsite and/or remote sales team./liliManage team in accordance with Inogens five core values, policies, and procedures./liliIdentify ongoing training gaps and work in conjunction with Inogens Training Team to develop and implement team or individual training to increase overall team production and implement successful processes./liliMeet frequently with the team to review progress, strategies, goals, and achievements and develop actions to ensure performance targets are achieved./liliContinually monitor and track representative productivity and motivate the team to achieve goals./liliUtilize consistent management and retention techniques to minimize attrition and support achievement of targets./liliManage the performance review process and ensure employee development plans are established./liliEffectively utilize CRM and Lead Management systems to assess team performance and sales pipeline health and take action based on analytical assessment./liliDevelop the department budget and track and update as required./liliWork cross-functionally to resolve issues including billing, shipping, and lead management disputes./liliMaintain regular and punctual attendance./liliComply with all company policies and procedures./liliAssist with other duties as assigned./li/ulh3Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities/h3ulliThorough knowledge of inside sales processes./liliExpert selling skills./liliKnowledge of insurance and Medicare requirements./liliProficiency with CRM and/or Lead Management systems./liliAbility to motivate and mentor team members./liliStrong work ethic./liliExcellent oral and written communication skills./liliStrong attention to detail./liliEffective conflict resolution skills./liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask./liliSolutions-oriented mindset./liliExcellent planning, communication, and organizational skills./liliAbility to effectively interface with multiple departments./liliPotential for quarterly travel./li/ulh3Qualifications (Experience and Education)/h3ulliBachelors degree in Business, English, Communications, or a related field, required./liliSeven (7) years of proven sales experience or equivalent work experience, required./liliTwo (2) years of prior sales supervisory or management experience, required./liliAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, required./liliIntermediate proficiency with CRM and/or Lead Management systems, required./liliA combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered./li/ulh2Disclaimer/h2pThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this classification. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $83,000.00 and $100,000 annually plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Commission Plan. However, actual base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and will be based on non-discriminatory factors, including as to individual skills, education, experience and market location.
