We are looking for ahighly relationalTalent Director to join our leadership team atChick-fil-A Treetops. This senior leadership role oversees the entire employee life cycle and contributes to restaurant operations. Your Impact
- Lead the full employee life cycle: recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, development, performance management, and terminations
- Build a thriving culture where team members feel cared for, respected, and connected
- Plan and lead team-building events, volunteer activities, recognition programs, and celebrations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, food safety standards, and Chick-fil-A policies
- Coach and develop leaders and team members to reach their highest potential
- Occasionally lead Front of House or Back of House shifts while modeling servant leadership
- Partner with the Operator and leadership team to achieve store goals through people and culture strategies
- Previous Chick-fil-A leadership experience (required)
- HR experience (preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Hospitality experience (preferred)
- Highly relational, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the team
- Open availability, typically not working past 7:00 pm
- Willingness to work in restaurant operations (required)
