Leadership Expectations
Responsible for a specific area and/or team in the business
Need to be able to create growth and success in the designated area of the business
Able to lead and develop other leaders through empowerment, care, and accountability
Able to craft and maintain restaurant systems that create a great guest experience
Spend approximately 32 hours on the floor supporting shift leaders and coaching team members
Dedicate about 8 hours to office work and administrative tasks
Work flexible shifts including 8-4, 9-5, and evening shifts, with availability on Saturdays and in emergency situations
Build strong, trusting relationships with team members and leaders
Understand overall business operations and apply sound business acumen
Collaborate effectively with teams to achieve goals
Possess deep knowledge of Front of House (FOH) systems and processes
Shared Responsibilities
Communicate clearly and positively with team members and leaders
Foster and teach a positive culture aligned with Chick-fil-A's values
Hold team members accountable for policies, including timeliness, grooming, and uniforms
Provide ongoing formal and informal feedback to support team growth
Ensure excellent customer service through proper order taking, hospitality, and speed

Starting hourly rate of $27.5
