Required Skills & Experience
• 6+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in:
• Event marketing
• Experiential design
• Agency or in-house creative environments
• Strong portfolio demonstrating:
• Conceptual design work
• Scalable visual systems
• Event or campaign-related deliverables
• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
• Strong presentation design skills (PowerPoint and/or Keynote)
• Experience designing for both print and digital formats
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting large-scale corporate events or conferences
• Familiarity with production and print specifications for event materials
• Experience working with cross-functional marketing and operations teams
• Exposure to project management tools (e.g., most would be applicable)
• Consistent delivery of high-quality, on-brand creative assets
• Ability to meet or exceed project deadlines, including rush requests
• Strong stakeholder satisfaction and reduced revision cycles
• Effective management of multiple concurrent projects
The Senior Designer is responsible for leading the concepting, design, and execution of high-impact event creative and collateral systems. This role serves as a senior individual contributor, developing scalable visual themes that extend across multiple event touchpoints while ensuring brand consistency and high production quality. This position requires a balance of conceptual thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Job Responsibilities:
Concept Development & Design
• Lead the development of on-brand creative concepts for events, including visual themes and design systems
• Translate strategic briefs into compelling visual solutions across multiple formats and channels
• Design scalable assets that can be adapted across event touchpoints and campaigns
Execution & Production
• Create and produce a wide range of event-related deliverables, including:
• Invitations (print and digital)
• Event branding and signage systems
• Presentation decks (PowerPoint, Keynote)
• Digital assets (email graphics, web/event visuals)
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, technical specifications, and production requirements
Project Management & Collaboration
• Partner closely with Integrated Marketing, Production, Operations, and other creative team members
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying timelines and complexity
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback efficiently while maintaining creative integrity
Speed & Quality Delivery
• Respond effectively to fast-turn and rush projects without sacrificing design quality
• Prioritize workload based on business needs and deadlines
• Ensure timely delivery of all creative assets
