Job Description
***Qualified candidates must be available to work directly for Rose International on a W2 basis. Not a corp-to-corp opportunity***

Required Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree

• 3-5 years of working experience

Required Qualifications:

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams

• Time management and ability to handle multiple deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in financial services or insurance marketing

• Experience in corporate branding environments

• Financial services or insurance industry experience preferred

• Strong portfolio demonstrating print and digital work

Required Technical Skills:

• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

• Strong understanding of branding systems and design principles

• Experience with print and digital design production

Preferred Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Figma

• Basic knowledge of motion/animation workflows

Responsibilities:

• Design and update marketing materials across print and digital formats

• Collaborate with copywriters and marketing teams on campaign concepts

• Support senior designers with execution and revisions

• Prepare files for production and ensure quality control

• Assist in presentations to stakeholders

• Manage multiple projects with support from project managers

• Coordinate with video, animation, and production teams
