Required Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of working experience

Required Qualifications:
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
Time management and ability to handle multiple deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in financial services or insurance marketing
Experience in corporate branding environments
Financial services or insurance industry experience preferred
Strong portfolio demonstrating print and digital work

Required Technical Skills:
Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Strong understanding of branding systems and design principles
Experience with print and digital design production

Preferred Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Figma
Basic knowledge of motion/animation workflows

Responsibilities:
Design and update marketing materials across print and digital formats
Collaborate with copywriters and marketing teams on campaign concepts
Support senior designers with execution and revisions
Prepare files for production and ensure quality control
Assist in presentations to stakeholders
Manage multiple projects with support from project managers
Coordinate with video, animation, and production teams
