Must have intermediate to advanced computer skills
Strong organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Prior experience working with computers to manipulate and organize electronic files

Preferred Experience:
Prior experience with graphic arts programs preferred
Prior experience operating a MAC computer preferred, specifically Freehand and Illustrator programs

Abilities
Ability to perform work with a high level of accuracy
Detail-oriented; ability to handle multiple priorities
Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment

Responsibilities:
Receives, prints, and sorts incoming electronic standard and custom orders
Locates and pulls archived proof sheets and matches to incoming orders
Locates electronic order files and aligns to appropriate art templates, making minor adjustments as needed
Outputs electronic file to appropriate plate making equipment
Groups orders by stock, ink, color, quantity to ensure maximum printing efficiency and delivers to press-line
Prints proof of electronic file and files for future orders
Replenish, chemicals, plate material as needed
Trouble shoot plate making equipment, escalating complex issues as needed
Other duties as assigned.
