SVP / VP of Marketing - Irvine, CA

Leapros Skilled Trades is actively hiring a SVP / VP of Marketing in Irvine, CA for a direct hire opportunity with our client.

Pay
Salary: $220,000 to $280,000

Responsibilities

Lead and execute an integrated national marketing strategy across brand, digital, and local channels

Oversee digital marketing performance, including lead generation, conversion, and ROI across paid media, SEO/SEM, CRM, and web

Own and manage a ~$15M National Brand Fund, including strategy, allocation, governance, and reporting

Partner closely with franchise owners to support local market growth and strengthen engagement

Establish KPIs, dashboards, and a performance-driven marketing culture

Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team

Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure strong execution and value delivery

Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership to align marketing with business objectives

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including senior/executive roles

Strong background in digital marketing and performance-driven growth

Experience in franchise, multi-unit, or distributed business models (highly preferred/required)

Proven ability to manage large marketing budgets ($10M+) with accountability for ROI

Demonstrated success leading teams and driving measurable business impact

Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and financial acumen

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use, including extended time spent in virtual meetings

Frequent verbal communication in meetings, presentations, and public speaking settings

Ability to travel as needed for conferences, client meetings, and team events

Ability to move throughout office and event environments, including standing and walking for extended periods

Visual ability to read screens, analyze data, and review marketing materials

Occasionally lift or carry light materials (e.g., laptops, marketing collateral, or event materials up to ~10–20 lbs)
