Commercial Solicitor

We are seeking a Commercial Solicitor with broad experience in company commercial work to join our Business Services Team in Worcester.
This role is to provide clients with efficient and effective legal advice and assistance in a variety of commercial aspects.
Responsibilities specifically include:
Commercial Property and development and associated finance matters
Landlord and tenant matters
Regular networking and other marketing activities are essential as part of the business development.
Business sales and acquisitions
There may also be the opportunity to develop and specialise a commercial business area of interest.
2-3 PQE or equivalent commercial experience is required.
Salary negotiable dependent upon experience.
