Role Overview
We are seeking two enthusiastic solicitors with a passion for change, AI and first‑class legal services. One candidate should have a strong background in commercial property, another in commercial development with exposure to Promotion Agreements, Options and S106 Agreements. Candidates must be qualified solicitors for at least one year.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a mixed caseload of commercial property and development matters, including acquisition, refinance, drafting and negotiating leases and development agreements.

Provide high‑quality legal advice to clients on planning, construction, financing and other commercial property development issues.

Draft and negotiate leases, sale and purchase agreements, overage agreements, promotion agreements, pre‑emption agreements and development contracts.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, agents, developers and other third‑party advisors.

Stay up‑to‑date with changes in commercial property law and market developments to provide innovative and relevant advice.

Manage your own caseload and assist senior team members on more complex matters as required.

Essential Skills and Experience

Strong organisational and time‑management abilities; capacity to multitask.

Commercial focus and ability to deliver practical, solution‑driven advice.
