Pay Rate: $110,000 base + 10% yearly bonus

Direct Hire- Permanent

Schedule: Full-time (Monday-Friday) Hybrid

About the Role

We are seeking a highly strategic and hands-on

Growth Marketing Manager, Field

to own and scale field marketing across the Americas. This is a

high-visibility role driving pipeline, revenue impact, and go-to-market execution

across Sales and Marketing teams.

This role requires strong

Sales partnership, ABM expertise, and data-driven execution , with a heavy focus on

pipeline influence and revenue impact . You must be experience using

AI tools daily to improve marketing performance and efficiency .

Key Responsibilities
Own and execute

field marketing strategy

tied directly to pipeline and revenue goals
Build and run

integrated campaigns

(events, webinars, ABM, regional programs)
Partner directly with

Sales leaders and AEs

to drive pipeline progression and bookings
Identify pipeline gaps and design programs to

accelerate revenue outcomes
Own end-to-end execution: planning → launch → optimization → reporting
Track and report on

MQLs, pipeline, bookings, ROI, and performance metrics
Use

AI tools daily

to improve targeting, campaign execution, reporting, and productivity
Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Brand, and Sales Ops
Build scalable field marketing processes, workflows, and infrastructure
Required Qualifications (MUST HAVES)

5+ years B2B SaaS field marketing experience , owning programs end-to-end
Strong, proven experience in

partnership with Sales teams

(Sales leaders + AEs)
Hands-on experience with

ABM (Account-Based Marketing)
Proven ability to

drive pipeline and revenue impact , not just awareness
Strong data-driven mindset - owns

MQLs, pipeline, ROI, reporting
Salesforce experience (required)

- reporting, dashboards, pipeline tracking
Experience with Marketo or similar
Demonstrated use of

AI tools in daily marketing work

Strong cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Ops
Strong communication and executive presence
Ability to operate in fast-paced, matrixed environments
Additional Information

Hybrid role:

50% onsite, flexible days (not fixed schedule)
Must be able to commute into NYC office as needed
~10-20% travel for field events
Strong preference for candidates seeking

long-term roles (not short-term or contract work)
High-impact role influencing

regional GTM strategy and revenue growth
