CommQuest seeks a full-time Payee Center Program Supervisor to oversee daily operations, staff management, and client financial transactions within the agency's payee services, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and organizational policies, while providing compassionate, trauma-informed support to clients with diverse needs.

CommQuest Services is one of the largest non-profit mental health, addiction recovery, and social services organizations in Northeast Ohio, working with clients from more than 34 counties in 12 facilities through more than 20 programs. We help people make positive changes in their lives through in-patient, outpatient and school-based programs, along with supportive services - from basic needs to employment assistance.

What you'll do:
Supervisor and support Payee Center staff, including scheduling, team meetings, and performance evaluations.
Verify and update client contact and banking information; process scheduled deposits, payments, and disbursements accurately and timely; maintain confidentiality of client data and comply with regulatory requirements (SSA, VA, HIPAA).
Ensure all documentation, bill processing, and payments adhere to agency standards and federal regulations. Addressing discrepancies promptly.
Participate in audit, staff meetings, and ongoing training to enhance service quality.
Assist with client documentation, elevate issues, and support case management as needed.
All other duties as assigned.
Schedule:
This is a full-time, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's degree in related field or minimum two years' experience in financial or case management settings, required.
Knowledge of budgeting, client payments, and financial systems, including familiarity with SSA, VA, and local social service agencies, is required.
Understanding of mental health, developmental, physical, or cognitive disabilities, and substance abuse issues, helpful but not required.
