CommQuest seeks a full-time Payee Center Program Supervisor to oversee daily operations, staff management, and client financial transactions within the agency's payee services, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and organizational policies, while providing compassionate, trauma-informed support to clients with diverse needs.

What you'll do:

Supervisor and support Payee Center staff, including scheduling, team meetings, and performance evaluations.

Verify and update client contact and banking information; process scheduled deposits, payments, and disbursements accurately and timely; maintain confidentiality of client data and comply with regulatory requirements (SSA, VA, HIPAA).

Ensure all documentation, bill processing, and payments adhere to agency standards and federal regulations; address discrepancies promptly.

Participate in audit, staff meetings, and ongoing training to enhance service quality.

Assist with client documentation, escalating issues, and supporting case management as needed.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

Schedule
This is a full-time position, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Minimum Qualifications

Associate's degree in a related field or minimum two years' experience in financial or case management settings.

Knowledge of budgeting, client payments, and financial systems, including familiarity with SSA, VA, and local social service agencies.

Understanding of mental health, developmental, physical, or cognitive disabilities, and substance abuse issues (helpful but not required).
