Sales Administration Coordinator
Staffmark Workforce Solutions offers this exciting contract opportunity at a global leader in electronics, mobile devices, and appliances, located in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
Responsibilities
Assist the manager in Sales Administration in areas: Sales Promotional claim validation and processing, Sales MDF program analysis, Sales Related chargeback resolution, and various special projects.
Validate and process sales deduction claims through the SAP Claim System.
Maintain and reconcile sales MDF programs for regional sales.
Work with sales to reduce monthly chargebacks.
Analyze the chargeback process.
Coordinate representatives.
Make forecasts on anticipated market sales.
Submit reports of sales activity.
Maintain records.
Promote satisfactory customer relations.
Coordinate advertising and marketing campaigns.
Provide marketing advice to organizational units.
Assist with special and other ad hoc requests.
Qualifications
Accounting/Finance, Business Administration Bachelor's degree or similar.
Account reconciliation experience.
Experience in a corporate environment.
Basic M/S Office skills, including Word, Excel (V Look Ups, Pivot Tables), and PowerPoint.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks.
