Key responsibilities

Unearth and shape TRM's employer narrative and cultural positioning
Define and build artifacts that communicate belonging at TRM
Collaborate with leadership and teams to surface unique stories that resonate with potential candidates

Experience in building community and belonging within organizations
Proven ability to create compelling cultural narratives for brands or institutions
Background in directing creative efforts focused on emotional resonance
High standards for content quality and storytelling
Ability to operate autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
