Leading the design and improvement of an enterprise workforce capability system, the full-time Head of Talent and Culture will operate remotely, focusing on talent acquisition, onboarding, development, performance, and integration of AI and human capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement a technology-driven workforce strategy that aligns with business priorities and fosters a high-performance culture
Oversee talent acquisition processes, ensuring effective onboarding and continuous improvement of recruitment and workforce entry experiences
Lead the development of leadership capabilities and performance management systems that integrate human and agentic resources for enhanced decision-making
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in talent, workforce strategy, or related fields
Proven track record in leading enterprise talent and workforce transformation initiatives
Experience in environments undergoing digital or AI transformations
Strong background in managing talent acquisition and performance systems at scale
Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders to drive business-aligned outcomes
