Requirements

10+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B software or platform product roles

Experience working on analytics platforms, advertiser dashboards, or large-scale data products

A track record of innovation—bringing creative, untested ideas to life in emerging product spaces

Familiarity with AI/ML-driven product development and its application to performance optimization

Demonstrated experience managing products where model accuracy, latency, and cost must be balanced against user experience

Ability to evaluate system architecture, assess technical tradeoffs, and partner closely with engineers and data scientists

Proven experience in ad tech, martech, or digital media environments—with strong domain knowledge

Demonstrated success delivering complex, data-driven products from 0→1 and scaling existing solutions

Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and functions

Clear, structured communication and strong decision-making under ambiguity

Comfort operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments with matrixed teams

A product mindset that balances innovation with operational excellence

(Desirable) A technical background, ideally with a degree in Computer Science or Engineering

(Desirable) Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or working with foundation models (LLMs, vision models, etc.)

(Desirable) Experience explaining AI capabilities and limitations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

(Desirable) Track record of defining AI product positioning that avoids overpromising while highlighting genuine value

(Desirable) Deep understanding of the media buying ecosystem, measurement standards, and advertiser workflows

(Desirable) Familiarity with AI and data tooling such as Databricks, Snowflake, and SQL to enable effective collaboration with data science and engineering teams to translate raw data into actionable, AI-driven insights

What the job involves

As a Staff Product Manager, you’ll lead the roadmap for Signal dashboards and visualizations – providing customers across global agencies and brands with meaningful and actionable insights to refine and optimize their marketing spend

You will spearhead the development of new AI-powered capabilities—shaping the way our platform organizes, interprets, and activates quality signals across digital media

You’ll drive clarity and focus for a growing cross-functional team and help us evolve from static rules to intelligent, predictive insights

Build customer empathy by engaging directly with advertisers, agencies, and platform partners to understand their decision-making workflows and translate real-world pain points into impactful dashboard and AI-driven solutions

Envision, design, and deliver compelling data reporting and visualization solutions that unlock impact and value for our customers

Lead the product roadmap for our advertiser and agency-facing dashboard platform, with a focus on using AI to streamline and deepen insights

Align product peers, design, data science, engineering, and commercial teams around a unified roadmap

Partner closely with Data Engineering to ensure reporting pipelines, data models, and visualization layers are accurate, scalable, and optimized for performance across global customers

Serve as a thought partner to engineering and data science with build vs. buy or partner decisions to ensure long‑term platform health

Make informed prioritization and trade‑off decisions that balance technical feasibility with business impact

Ensure consistency and integration across our broader suite of products, collaborating with adjacent teams to drive platform cohesion

Partner with our sales and marketing teams to guide features into market and drive customer adoption

Define, track, and communicate success metrics (e.g., dashboard engagement, adoption, and insight activation rates) to executives and cross‑functional stakeholders, ensuring measurable business impact
