The Role
We're looking for a Creative Lead to join our NYC team in‑office. This is a senior leadership role on Loop's creative team that will partner closely with our CEO and Head of Marketing. You'll have Creative Director‑level ownership of the work in a hands‑on role for someone who can hold the line on craft while spearheading the kind of work Loop is known for. You'll lead creative end‑to‑end across social, campaign and digital work. Balancing big ideas with the executional rigor that makes them actually land. Please note all Loop roles require mandatory 4 days in office per week, working out of our DUMBO office in Brooklyn.
What You'll Own
End‑to‑end creative from development through final delivery across brand, campaign, digital, and print
Visual direction and storytelling across projects, ensuring consistency, craft, and a high bar for finish
The creative output that defines how clients show up in the world
Client presentations. Clearly articulating, defending, and evolving creative thinking in the room
Creative leadership in pitches and new business. From concepting through deck creation
Pre‑production visualization including moodboards and mockups that bring ideas to life before production begins
A senior voice in shaping Loop's overall creative and marketing strategy
What You'll Lead
Day‑to‑day creative direction for designers, copywriters, art directors, content creators, and interactive developers. Both in‑house and external
Mentorship and structured feedback that elevates team output and raises the craft bar
Collaboration across creative, production, and accounts
Cross‑functional alignment between strategy, creative, production, and account leadership
Client meetings as a leading voice in presenting and defending the work
High standards of detail, finish, and delivery across every touchpoint
Partner With Production
This is very important: Loop has an in‑house production team, which means your ideas don't just live in decks. They get built, installed, filmed, and shipped. You'll work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with production from development through live delivery. Providing a creative POV on production design, managing creative assets, and making sure the work shows up exactly as intended.
Qualifications
6-10+ years of creative experience at an agency
A strong portfolio spanning campaigns and digital plus social‑forward campaign experience
Advanced proficiency in 2D design across motion and graphic, with fluency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and Premiere Pro
A sharp eye for design, layout, and visual systems
Confidence presenting creative with a clear rationale, and the communication skills to push back constructively when a brief evolves beyond its original intent
Comfort owning multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
Experience contributing to both creative and marketing strategy
Familiarity with scope management in a creative production context. Knowing how to define deliverables precisely and flag when a client is scope‑creeping in real‑time
