Ladders is hiring: Creative Lead in New York

For our client, we are seeking a Creative Lead to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will shape bold brand storytelling and campaign concepts that make complex technical subject matter feel clear, compelling, and memorable. You will partner closely with design, copy, and engineering teams to turn strategic briefs into polished creative work that resonates across channels. The position also calls for a curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, along with the ability to prototype ideas and elevate creative quality from concept through execution.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $140,000 – $170,000 annually

Responsibilities

Develop bold conceptual ideas for brand campaigns and experiences

Simplify complex topics such as blockchain and payments into engaging narratives

Approach briefs as strategic challenges, aligning insights with execution

Explore AI and emerging technologies for creative solutions

Prototype ideas using AI, code, and design tools

Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and engineers to produce polished outcomes

Maintain high standards for creative quality throughout the process

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in conceptual creative roles with a focus on technology

Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking across various brands and campaigns

Ability to develop ideas from concept to execution

Excellent strategic and creative problem-solving skills

Experience prototyping with code, AI tools, and design software

Familiarity with generative AI models and prompt development
