We’re looking for a driven, organized, and motivated Account Executive to join our sales team. If you love helping fitness businesses thrive and are energized by hitting (and exceeding!) your numbers, this could be the perfect role for you.
Collaboration Hours
9am to 5pm EST, Mon – Fri.
This is a fully remote position based in the United States.
What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, focused on bringing in new accounts
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quota
Run high-quality demos and discovery calls to understand prospect needs
Build and maintain a healthy, predictable pipeline
Manage all activity, notes, and follow-up tasks in HubSpot
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Success teams to continuously improve our process
Represent TeamUp with professionalism, energy, and passion for the fitness industry
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of sales experience, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS or fitness-tech environment
Proven track record of success selling to new accounts
Fitness industry experience is a strong plus
HubSpot CRM experience is a plus
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple opportunities at once
Strong communication skills: clear, confident, and consultative
A self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment and loves celebrating wins
Salary
The salary for this role is $50,000 to $60,000 per year with a variable pay plan worth an additional $45,000, equating to an on-target earning of $105,000 per year.
